"A genuine leader is not a searcher for consensus but a molder of consensus."

-Martin Luther King Jr.

1. Undefined Goals:

Lack of clear goals hinders success, leading to inadequate planning, indecisiveness, evasive behavior, and inconsistency. The root cause often lies in leaders' inability to set boundaries and prioritize tasks effectively.

2: Inadequate Leadership Abilities

Deficiencies in leadership aspects such as motivation, self-confidence, and persuasion skills result in uninspired teams, self-doubt, and an inability to demonstrate willpower or take responsibility.

3. Lack of Experience:

Inexperienced leaders, especially in politics, may make disastrous decisions, easily manipulated when playing someone else's game. Lack of experience can limit decision-making capabilities, causing leaders to realize the consequences too late.

4. Insufficient Information:

Leaders must possess not only general knowledge but also in-depth understanding, especially in areas like history, geography, and diplomacy. Ignorance of these crucial factors can lead to misguided policies and actions that serve no purpose, as seen in instances like the Israel-Gaza conflict.

5. Lack of Faith:

Leadership is more than a position or profession; it requires genuine belief. Without faith, leadership qualities such as values, ethics, and decision-making become compromised. Leaders who lack true conviction risk making wrong decisions and potentially causing significant damage.

Conclusion:

Addressing global challenges necessitates competent leaders, yet our systems often elevate unqualified individuals. Mistakes made by such leaders have far-reaching consequences, posing a genuine threat to the world. It is crucial to reevaluate and enhance our leadership selection processes for a more effective and sustainable future.
