A Revolution is Coming! So how can you prepare?

Here is a real moment: there is a past, there is a present, there is no future yet, very few people are aware of this when witnessing a history. And with this awareness, he becomes one of those who shape the future.

In our previous article, we compared blockchain technology with the agricultural revolution and industrial revolution and defined blockchain technology as a revolution. Because revolutions affect not only technology but also the formation of institutions and social structures, and blockchain fits this definition.

The fact that banks that cannot adapt to blockchain technology in the financial sector will lose their functions and that we will be able to provide some of the benefits that banks provide us without an intermediary institution will bring many things with it. Such as the change in the understanding of credit, the rise of social loans, and transactions that can be carried out faster and democratically.

In this process, the probability of many banks going bankrupt is very high. Because there are many bad loans in most banks. In addition, the unrequited money constantly printed by central banks further disrupts economies. This means that many institutions that are just buildings and have no value will go bankrupt.

Large-scale bankruptcies also mean the bankruptcy of companies that are just empty buildings that produce nothing. In other words, the last remnants of the industrial revolution will disappear or shrink.

So question yourself and your work; If you work in a bank, your job may be in danger. Likewise, if you work for a company that operates with production methods left over from the industrial revolution, your job may still be in jeopardy.

Many new jobs will emerge and some existing jobs will transform, but you need to adapt to this situation.

Change and transformation will not only be in the field of economy because blockchain is not the only development. We will experience a revolution in every aspect of life. New living spaces, lifestyles, energy transformations, transformation of institutions, change of management styles, transformation of bureaucracy, discussion of the roles of nation states, shortening the distances between producers and consumers, new political, cultural and social trends, etc. A transformation process awaits us in every aspect of life. In fact, this process has already begun, but we, as those living in the moment, cannot define it well enough.

So how can you be ready?

1) Put anxiety and fear aside.

This is not the first time this has happened in history. Humanity has encountered this situation many times before. And some people, these are your ancestors, they managed to overcome this situation. Humans are by nature a warrior species and can do many things with conscious effort.

2) Don't be the volunteer soldiers of the past.

Ask yourself this question: If something I am not happy with is coming to an end, why do I experience so much fear and panic? Because I am part of this system and the disintegration of the system threatens me too. Then start working to free yourself from the system, starting today.

3) How do you free yourself from the old system?

If primary contacts are in a situation where they don’t feel safe, nothing else matters. So, first of all, you need an economic guarantee. Whatever you do, move your business to digital or do additional work in the digital environment. You can’t be a hero by keeping yourself out of the digital world. When the telephone was invented, there were people who said they would definitely prefer to use the telegraph. If you do not intend to be one of them, be open to the new. Because we do not know the story of anyone who opposed revolutions in history, because history was written by those who carried out the revolutions.

4) Let's think about this new society:

It consists of people who are generally single, live alone, prefer to socialize digitally, eat out, rarely cook at home, spend long periods of time on the phone, and actively use social media. A society in constant interaction, where working and recreation tools are integrated, where people from all over the world come together under the identity of followers.

5) You can ask yourself what would be the needs of this society?

What is he interested in and what does he enjoy doing? What does he spend money on? How does he eat, how does he shop? Many more questions can be asked. You can organize your work according to the answers to these questions.

6) And another important need of man. You need meaning.

Values that will keep you upright as a person in the face of difficulties and motivate you to fight. Religion, kindness, sharing, conscientious values, social values can give you this meaning. It seems more logical to me to focus on humanity rather than individuality when it comes to meaning. Create a meaning by being more giving. There is no happiness where selfishness leads.

7) Many events occur during periods of transition.

This is quite normal and you may feel lonely. Your well-being weakens and you feel a constant sense of abandonment. The antidote to this situation is to understand what is happening. Your brain is not afraid of what it knows, you take precautions against known danger and you do not feel fear. You are afraid of the unknown because you cannot take precautions. Do research from real sources on what's going on. Instead of learning from television or social media, follow real people and correct sources.
